Born in Indianapolis, IN, she had previously lived in LaGrange, IL, before moving to Jensen Beach in 1963.
Ms. Stephenson participated in the Special Olympics where she received several medals in the bowling events.
She was a member of Jensen Beach Community Church.
Ms. Stephenson is lovingly survived by her brother, William Stephenson (Kathryn) of Fort Lauderdale, FL; nephew, Bradford Stephenson of Pompano Beach, FL; and two cousins, Charles Myers (Lois) of Jensen Beach, FL and Herbert Faulk of Jensen Beach, FL.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at Jensen Beach Community Church in Jensen Beach, Florida.
