

Chrissy was proudly from Kings Park, Long Island, NY. Chrissy was a Registered Nurse and Nursing Educator for over 30 years prior to retirement. Chrissy loved life, especially sharing it with her family and friends. She had a passion for cooking and baking. She loved crocheting and would make blankets for everyone. She loved her adventures with her best friend, Bryan, her husband of 26 years.
Chrissy is survived by her son David (Danielle) Yankwitt of Stuart, daughter Lindsey (Harish) Sulghar of Boca Raton, grandsons David, Dean and Dominick Yankwitt. She was predeceased by her mother Patricia Paladino (Scott) of Kings Park, NY. Chrissy is also survived by her brother John Rosser of Cocoa Beach, FL, sister Patricia (Kurt) Giardina of San Diego, CA, and sister Victoria Scataglini of Newtown, CT. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Chrissy graduated with an Associate Degree and achieved her R.N. from Russell Sage College in Albany, NY. Chrissy specialized in infection control, employee health and as a nursing educator. Chrissy taught at Jupiter High Schools’ Medical Magnate Program, running the Health Occupation Students of America (H.O.S.A) Club for four years. Chrissy received the “Florida H.O.S.A. Advisor of the Year Award” two years in a row. Chrissy taught and touched the lives of so many people in healthcare over the years, her ripples will be felt for a long time.
Chrissy loved spending time with her family, especially her three grandsons. She loved the country life and loved her little farm in Fort Pierce, where she raised cows, chickens with her husband. Chrissy was a member of the Vero Beach Crochet Club and loved the weekly outings with “the girls”. Chrissy loved to travel and see places that she had never seen before.
