She was born in Stuart, FL and was a lifetime resident of Martin County.
Donna was a Superintendent for the Florida Department of Transportation for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband Robert Locke of Stuart, FL; her father, Charles Boggess, of Port St. Lucie, FL; brothers, Charles Boggess, III (Donna) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Edward Boggess of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister, Diana Roberts of Stuart, FL; niece, Kelly Roberts; nephews Mike and Jim Roberts, Jason Boggess and Tommy Sutton.
She is predeceased by her mother Lena Boggess and nephew Charles Boggess.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Sunday, March 24, 2013, 2:00 pm at the residence of Diana Roberts in Stuart, FL.
