Dorothy B. Ziegler

Born in Willimantic, CT, she had previously lived in Hampton and Danielson, CT before relocating to the Martin County area in 1976.

Mrs. Ziegler was a Registered Nurse and had worked for Windham Hospital for twenty years in Windham, CT.

She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Nursing in 1940, and was very active in the 4-H Club of CT. Mrs. Ziegler was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and loved to dance.

She is survived by her son, Mark Norman Latimer and his wife, Marilyn of Norfolk, MA; daughter, Susan Blair Perez and her husband, Julio of Hobe Sound, FL; five grandchildren, Paul, Andrea, Daniel, Christopher, and Sarah, and four great grandchildren, Laney, Mikey, Natey and Myles.

Mrs. Ziegler was predeceased by her first husband of 5 years, Paul Seaman Latimer, and her second husband of 23 years, Carl Josef Ziegler.
