John Francis Garing

John was born on November 10, 1969 to Francis and Phyllis Garing in Tipton, Indiana. After John graduated from Sycamore High School in 1988 he went to Kishwaukee College for his associate degree and then went on to Illinois State University.

He took a few years off and began working at Andrew Corporation in the warehouse and was promoted to their marketing team. While working full time, John finished his bachelor's degree in marketing at St. Xavier University.

In 1992 John met Melissa at Illinois State University. John and Melissa married in 1996 and went on to have 2 sons, Jacob and Payton.

In 2004 John began his job at Molex as a marketing manager in Mooresville, Indiana. John and his family moved from Crestwood, Illinois to a small town in Danville, Indiana for 8 years before moving to Palm City, Florida to continue his job at Molex as a sales engineer. John reached his 20-year marker this year.

John loved to watch his favorite football teams, the Chicago Bears and the Miami Dolphins, every weekend. John's favorite leisurely activities were fishing and going to the beach. In addition, playing music on his guitar was one of his most favorite things to do.

John was predeceased by his brother, Tim Garing. He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa (Janczak) Garing, sons Jacob and Payton Garing, parents Francis and Phyllis (Donahue) Garing, sister Shawn (Garing) Paulus, brother-in-law, Tom Paulus, nieces Rachel Paulus and Samantha Garing.
