Mr. Joseph A Zarro

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years Dolores Zarro of Hobe Sound; daughters: Christina Daman (Mark) of Jupiter and Joanne Zarro Jones (Drew) of Stuart; his son Pasquale Zarro of Stuart; and his four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Joseph was a Korean War Veteran, who played semi-professional football. He moved his family to Hobe Sound after retiring from the DuPont Company in 1982.

The most important thing to Joseph, after his family, was his love and devotion to his Heavenly Father. He dedicated his retirement years to serving St. Christopher Church in many different capacities. He was the 1st Grand Knight at St. Christopher and a Past President of St. Vincent DePaul Society. Joseph was a man like no other; a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend who always saw the best in everyone. His beautiful smile and kind spirit will always be remembered.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 21 at Aycock Funeral Home, 6801 SE Federal Highway Stuart 34997 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, December 22 at 10 am at St. Christopher Church on US1 in Hobe Sound. Entombment will be held at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, FL.
