Leslie was born to parents Leslie Roland Baird Sr. and Florence Kemper Baird in Yonkers, NY where he spent time before moving to Florida. Leslie continued his education becoming part of Iona University Alumni.
Leslie is predeceased by his daughter Valerie Anne Weimar, sister Arleen Wynn and parents Leslie Roland Baird Sr. and Florence Kemper Baird.
He is survived by his wife Anne Marie Baird, his son John Baird (Lauri) of Colorado and daughters Lisa C’sont of New York and Dana Weimar of San Diego, California, sister Sandra McDonald, sister-in-law Ellen Boehm, brother-in-law Fred Ebert, grandchildren Ryan Baird, Caitlin Kelley, Isabella Baird, Jenna Rubinstein, Brett C’sont, Brianna C’sont as well as seven great grandchildren.
