With a heavy heart we are sharing that the angels have come for our beautiful mom, Marianne Williams, who passed away early Sunday morning, January 3, 2021, after a two month battle with respiratory and lung complications. She lived a very fulfilling life and had a long career, raised 6 wonderful children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Originally from Mansfield, Ohio, she had many friends along with her 3 beautiful sisters, Pat, Cynthia and Linda.
Marianne is survived by her loving children Bob Williams, Kevin Williams, Pam Besette and Dean Williams, and she was predeceased by her two sons, David and Mark.
At the early age of 20, along with her mom and dad (Dave and Mary Mosberg) moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She loved sports, especially tennis and football. She was a cheerleader in high school, and played softball for many years. She never missed any of her children’s or grandchildren’s games.
She retired in 2018 at the age of 83 from her full time job as an administrative assistant to the sports and recreations director for the City of Coral Springs. She loved her job, but it was time to retire and move to Stuart to be near her family.
She will be missed tremendously by her family and her large circle of friends and acquaintances who were all very involved in her journey on this earth.
Marianne was raised Catholic by her mom, never missed mass and was very active in the church. She loved Jesus and went home peacefully. We will all miss her, but are very comfortable knowing she is in heaven, and she may already be helping others.
