Hof was originally from the northeast but has been a longtime Stuart resident before recently relocating to the Port St. Lucie area.
Hof was an entrepreneur in the Bed and Breakfast industry.
37 years sober, Hof was an active of member of Alcoholics Anonymous in Stuart. He was well respected by so many and was sought after for advice in his community - he will truly be missed.
Hof is survived by his partner, Diana Bloom of Port St. Lucie, FL; son, Brett A. Hofmann (Candia Di Tonno ) of Boca Raton, FL; son, Jason Hofmann (Bill Arciprete) of Stratford, CT; granddaughter, Emma of Port St. Lucie, FL, and numerous friends.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Hof’s life will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2014 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, FL. Stories, laughs and memories are encouraged!
