Richard Henry Potter

Born in Elmira, New York, Mr. Potter relocated to Stuart, Florida, fifteen years ago.

He was an aircraft inspector for Schweizer Aricraft in Horseheads, New York for 33 years.

Mr. Potter was a veteran of the United States Army.

He was a member of the United States Methodist Church in Stuart, Florida.

A memorial service will be held on March 6, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Washart Parrish located at Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida.

Mr. Potter is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sylvia M. Potter, of Stuart, Florida; daughter, Janice Cruz (Joseph) of Stuart, Florida; son, Robin Potter (Taretha) of Hobe Sound, Florida; son, Randy J. Potter (Dawn) of Elkin, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Christopher Pratt (Julia); Jesse Potter, Ashley Trivett, Joey Cruz and Kara Potter; and two great grandchildren, Skylar Lassiter and Baily Cruz.
