She enlisted in the Army after college. She was employed by the Stuart Law Group and Urgent Care Health of Stuart for nearly 20 years. She took immense pride in everything she did. Known by so many in the community, she was compassionate, kind, generous, and hardworking. She would make new friends wherever she went along the way. She was always the life of the party, her laugh was infectious.
Anyone who knew her, knew how active she was at Church. She was of Catholic faith and a long standing member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, located in Jensen Beach, Florida. She loved singing with her friends in the choir. Rita also attended services at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Camden, New Jersey.
She enjoyed outdoor activities, shopping, swimming in her pool, and going to the salon. She was well versed in traveling around the world, with her family and friends, and Hawaii being her ultimate destination. Next time you have a drink, raise it to Rita and say “Aloha”.
