Salvatore is survived by his wife AnnMarie (Nee) Hoey, step-daughter Kimberly Long, step-son Patrick Callahan (Stacey), sister Debbie Ledrich (the late Glenn), brother Stephen Bagnana (Chris), grandchildren Racheal (Charles), Allison (Anthony), Alicia, Courtney, Olivia (Rich), Patrick III (Amy), great grandchildren Brantley, Liam, Richie Jr., Summer, Autumn and Patrick Callahan the 4th, nieces and nephews Julia, Steven Jr., Jimmy, Johnny, Cheryl, Melanie, Scott, Matthew and many cousins.
He is predeceased by his parents Sam Bagnana and Vera Rutter, and his sister Angie Alverson.
