Tami Tibett was a loving Wife, devoted Mother, cherished Mimi, faithful Daughter and caring Sister whose bright light touched countless lives. Tami passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and service that will never be forgotten.
Tami cared deeply for her son, Blake, and always wanted the very best for him in life. Being his mother was one of her greatest joys and proudest roles. She supported him wholeheartedly, celebrated his accomplishments, and stood by him with constant love and encouragement. The bond they shared was filled with love, pride, and unwavering devotion. The memories they forged will last an eternity.
Tami had a rare gift for making people feel seen, heard, and deeply cared for. Whether with family, friends, or even strangers, she showed up with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. Her grandchildren knew her as “Mimi,” a role she treasured above all else. She delighted in their lives, celebrated their milestones, and gave each of them her full, undivided attention—making memories they will carry forever.
Professionally, Tami dedicated her life to caring for others. As an ICU nurse and nurse educator, she spent many years on the front lines, saving lives and mentoring future nurses with the same passion and integrity she brought to everything she did. Her work extended far beyond the bedside; she educated, encouraged, and inspired those around her, leaving a lasting impact on both patients and colleagues.
Above all, Tami was deeply loved. She was the heart of her family and the center of her Husband’s world. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, but her spirit lives on through the many lives she touched and the love she so freely gave.
Tami is survived by her loving Husband, Ron Tibett; her Son, Blake Kinchen (Alissa); her Stepdaughters, Candice Novitchkov (Alex) and Alex Steiner (Peter); and her beloved Grandchildren, Wyatt, Lillianna, Layla, and Blake Evan Kinchen II; Addison and Maddox Novitchkov; and Brooke and Charlotte Steiner. Tami is also survived by her Father, William Arnold Greene; and her Siblings, William Greene II and Ginger Kay Velarde (John).
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rena West, and Stepfather, Thomas West.
Tami was taken far too soon, but her legacy of compassion, service, and unwavering love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
