Walter J Robinson

He was born in Saugerties, NY on April 26, 1929. He graduated from Saugerties High School in June, 1947. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. He wed Mary Cargan on January 29, 1955, and they were married for 61 years. He was employed by Rinker Concrete for many years as a plant foreman.

He also was a business property owner in Port Salerno, FL. In his spare time, he loved to fish.

Walter is preceded in death by his wife Mary Robinson, his daughters Susan Owens of Maine and Louise Robinson (Marcellus) of Stuart.

He is survived by local grandsons Martin Lyke and Matthew Lyke, granddaughter Kristen Mason of Glenndale, MD, and numerous friends and neighbors.

Services will be held at Aycock Funeral Home Young and Prill Chapel, at 6801 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL on April 30th from 10AM to 11AM with a Funeral Service to follow. Graveside services will be held at 12:30PM at Fernhill Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, 1501 South Kanner Highway, Stuart, FL.
