Anthony Wayne Johnson

He was born March 2,1972, a son of the late Daniel Eugene and Brenda Yvonne (Michael) Johnson who survives.

Anthony was employed in the Quality Control Department with McKee Foods in Stuarts Draft for 31 years.

He was a member of Stuarts Draft Baptist Church where he served as the church organist, was a member of the praise team and the adult choir.

He also was a member of the Waynesboro Choral Society.

Survivors in addition to his mother, include two brothers, Keith and Charles Johnson and his caregiver, Jennifer Kennedy.

He also leaves special friends, Greg Peduto, Jim Cash, Katie Lewis and Chris Lewis.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Stuarts Draft Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Coffey officiating. Burial will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.

Active pallbearers will be Keith Johnson, Charles Johnson, Mark Campbell, Dale Michael, Keith Ramsey and Brynn Kennedy.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
