Janet Ann (Kennedy) Robinette

Born June 15, 1935 in Grottoes, she was the daughter of the late Jack James and Ruth Good (Randall) Kennedy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene Bowles; granddaughter, Jill Bowles; and two sisters, Sharon Ritchie and Dana Campbell.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Ray Robinette of Stuarts Draft; son, Russell Mason Bowles II of Stuarts Draft; daughter, Una Liptrap and husband, Matthew of Stuarts Draft; grandchildren, Renee Bowles and wife, Samantha Blaylock, Ray Coffey and wife, Crystal, and Russell Mason “Jake” Bowles III and wife, Renee; great-grandchildren, Kyle and Kody Coffey; brother, Randy Kennedy of Fort Myers, FL; sister, Shirley Custer and husband, Mike of Harrisonburg; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Finley Memorial Presbyterian Church, 24 Finley Drive, Stuarts Draft.
