Robert Lee "Bobby" Harris

He was born October 6, 1939, son of the late Wallace Flory and Gladys Elizabeth (Serrett) Harris.

Bobby attended Valley Baptist Church in Stuarts Draft and retired as a mechanic from Beverage Tractor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda M. “Judy” Harris on August 31, 2008 and a granddaughter, Kimberly Dawn Harris.

Survivors include his children, Randy Harris and wife Judy, Timmie Harris, Lynn Lloyd and husband Calvin, Jerry Harris and companion Tammy Campbell, Penny Kibler and husband Jeff, and Anne K. Blackwell; grandchildren, Wendy Simpson, Billy Fox, Tabitha Lloyd, Cody Lloyd, Jerry Harris, Jr., Harlan Roach, Aaron Eavers; great-grandchildren, Tre Simpson, XL Simpson, Calleigh Hostetter, Mckenna Hostetter, Baylee Hostetter, Remmington Hostetter, Everly Carter, Payton Snell, Skyelynn Eavers; and a great-great-grandson, Greyson Simpson. He also leaves special friend, Kitty Fretwell; niece, Lisa Botkin; nephew, Curtis Bradley; and his two feline companions, Missy and Punkin.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Earl Monroe and Pastor Frank Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Stuarts Draft Mennonite Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Harlan Roach, Jerry Robert Harris, Jr., Tre Simpson, Jeff Kibler, Aaron Eavers and Jake Harris.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the funeral home.
