He was born December 28, 1950, a son of the late Charles Randolph and Gladys Mae Gibson.
Stephen retired as a heavy equipment operator and enjoyed the outdoors.
Survivors include his loving wife, Nina (Stevens) Durham; sons, Michael Durham and wife Sarah, Jeffrey Profitt; brother, Buster Durham and wife Deanne; grandchildren, Andrew Durham and wife Lexy, Emily Durham, Luke Durham and Jackson Durham.
He also leaves his stepmother, Marilyn Durham.
Following cremation, a celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Billy Coffey officiating.
