She was born August 24, 1971, a daughter of Robert Dale and Frances Emma (Larsen) Hall.
Teri was a homemaker.
Survivors in addition to her parents include a son, William Maas of Winchester; two daughters, Heather Maas of Winchester, Georgia Fishel of Stuarts Draft; two sisters, Janice Hott of Winchester, Lisa Stovall of Palmyra; two grandsons, Steven Fishel lll and Cole Fishel.
Following cremation there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
