Doris S. Darwin

She was the beloved wife of the late Donald R. Darwin, mother of Robert Darwin (wife Elizabeth) of El Dorado Hills, CA; grandmother of Dale Darwin of Berthoud, CO, and Mark Darwin of Clinton, MA; great-grandmother of Meghan Darwin of Nevada, Trey Darwin of Colorado, and Kasi, Kortney, Kayleigh and Matthew Darwin of MA. Doris is also survived by her former daughter-in-law Carol Darwin of Marlborough, MA. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Wortman.

Doris previously resided in Boston, Lawrence, and Hudson, MA. She was a retired office clerk for Jordan Marsh Co., Boston.

Funeral services will be held in the Duckett-J.S. Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Road (Rt. 20), Sudbury, on Wednesday, December 18, at 10am. Internment will follow in the Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery, W. Roxbury. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 17, from 4-8pm at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
