Gilda Caruso

She was the wife of the late Anthony V. Caruso Sr., who died in 1974. She leaves here sons,Anthony V. Caruso,Jr. and his wife Barretta of Marietta,GA; Francis J. Caruso of Sudbury and James M.Caruso and his wife Robin of Berlin. She leaves her siblings, Elbi Calabrese of Miami, FL, Rocco Mosca of Arlington and Henry Mosca of Waltham. She also leaves her grandchildren, Kimberly Elliott and her husband Christopher,Robert Caruso and his wife Ginger;James F. Caruso and his wife Jacqueline; Jaime Shahood and her husband Paul, and Benjamin Caruso and his wife JoAnne. She also leaves eight great -

grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Caruso was born in Newton,MA she was the daughter of the late John and Maria Assunta (Persico) Mosca. She grew up in Watertown where she met her husband,and worked for several years at B.F.Goodrich until their closing.

Many in the area will remember Gilda as the "cute little lady" behind the counter at Sudbury Music Center. She spent many many years there enjoying the children and being able to help her son Francis.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday,September 30th at 10 Am at Our Lady Of Fatima Church,160 Concord Rd.,Sudbury. Visiting hour will be Thursday Sept 29th 4-8PM at the Duckett-Waterman Funeral Home, 656 Boston Post Rd.,Sudbury.
