Mary Anne Donnellan

Earl and Mary (Carr) Cahalan. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 53 years, Stephen James Donnellan, who died in 2010. Mary Anne was the beloved mother of Patricia Donnellan of Acton, MA, David Donnellan of Northborough, MA and Keith Donnellan and his wife Kristin Tederstrom of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by her grandsons, Kevin Donnellan of the United States Army and Thomas Donnellan of Northborough, MA; her beloved sister Ruth (Davis) Kidd and her husband Michael of Bellevue, WA; her brother in-law Kirby Donnellan and his wife Mary of Tempe, AZ and her sister in-law Julianne Nielson, of Seminole, FLA. Mary Anne is also survived by many dear cousins and friends.

She was a graduate of Somerville High School in Somerville, MA. After her marriage to Stephen in 1956 and while raising their children, she received a B.A. from Northeastern University and a M.A. from Framingham State University. She worked for many years as a counselor and director of guidance at Marian High School in Framingham, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary Anne's memory may be directed to Orr's Island Library, P.O. Box 175, Orr's Island, ME 04066; Parmenter Hospice, 266 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 or to a charity of one's own choice. Funeral Mass will be Saturday April 13, at 10:00 Am at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 160 Concord Rd.,Sudbury followed by a Burial in Wadsworth Cemetery..
