
.Robert James Caldwell, a resident of Sudbury, MA, for over 50 years, died of natural causes at his home in Naples, FL, on Friday, July 3, at the age of 102. A successful entrepreneur and innovator, he was the owner, president and CEO of California Products Corp. and the proud and devoted patriarch of his extended family.
He is survived by his son, Herbert and his wife Ann; his daughters, Sara Junkin and her husband Joseph, Katherine Ives and her husband Russell Gershman; by seven grandchildren: Robert Junkin and his wife Beth; Joseph R. Junkin and his wife Laura Pisani; Angus Junkin and his wife Jenny; Haley Blacklow; Robert James Caldwell II and Tannis Johnson; Katie Ives; Sarah Ives and her husband Michael Montgomery; nine great grandchildren, Lee, Reed, Callie, Terrick, Avery, Ryan, Sabrina, Miller and Marlowe.
A memorial service will take place in the fall on Friday, September 11 at 3:30 p.m. at the Martha Mary Chapel on the grounds of the Wayside Inn in Sudbury with a reception following at the Inn. The family requests that contributions in memory of Robert J. Caldwell be made to the charity of your choice. Late World War II Veteran.
