

Brian graduated from Power Memorial Academy and received the degree Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.
He was married to Eileen Fitzpatrick on June 21, 1969.
Brian had a career in law enforcement for the NYPD, Rockland County Sheriff's Department and retired from security at Barr/Teva Laboratories. Brian was a member of the Holy Name Society, New York State Shields, Police Benevolent Association, Knights of Columbus, National Rifle Association, and the Power Memorial Alumni Association. He had a passion for classic tv shows, old movies, Irish music, bird watching, fishing, hunting trips, travel, and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife Eileen, sons Daniel, Donald, and daughter-in-law Margaret and is predeceased by daughter Kerri. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Meghan and Patrick, as well as his siblings Alan and Jean, and is predeceased by sister, Joan.
A visitation for Brian will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901. A funeral mass will occur Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St Joan of Arc Church, 52 Eagle Valley Rd, Sloatsburg, New York 10974. An interment will occur Friday, April 22, 2022 at Ascension Cemetery, 650 Saddle River Rd Airmont, New York 10952.
