Helen Ellen C. Barclay Cecchetti

Helen (Ellen) C. Cecchetti 88 of Suffern, NY, formerly of Pearl River, passed away peacefully at home, Monday April 3, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 yrs. Thomas P. Cecchetti, her parents John and Martha Barclay and her siblings Jack, Harry, Mary Coyle, and Elizabeth Solo. She leaves her children - Patricia Loschmann and her husband Bill, Thomas Cecchetti Jr. and Wayne Cecchetti and his wife Donna. Helen was extremely proud of her family especially her grandchildren Tina Schwartz, Nicole Holyoak, Michelle, Tony and Andy Cecchetti and Michael Mack. She will be missed by her beloved great grandsons – Zachary and Robbie Schwartz, Raymond and James Mack, Dominic Cecchetti and great-niece Natasha Solo – Lyons.

Helen was an avid reader and loved a good book. In recent years you would find her watching her favorite game shows. Her generosity had no bounds - she supported numerous charities and organizations. She encouraged her family to be kind to one another and always to give with a warm hand. She will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been made at Wanamaker and Carlough Funeral Home - 177 Rt. 59, Suffern, NY. Visitation - Friday - April 7, 2017 from 4pm – 8pm. Funeral service at the funeral home Saturday at 10 am, burial at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
