Jason Forman Davis

Jason was born to John Fitzroy Davis and Geraldine DeDivitis (Davis) on December 13, 1968. He recently married his beloved wife Heather (Havens) Davis in Negril, Jamaica on September 13, 2013.

Jason showed a natural athleticism at an early age. He swam like a fish, loved baseball and carried a passion for riding bikes into adulthood. Jason was a national level championship BMX rider and a member of the USA BMX Association. Jason’s son Nicholas carries on their shared love of music by playing the alto sax just as his father did in high school.

Jason is survived by his wife Heather, loving mother Geraldine DeDivitis and step-father Joseph DeDivitis, cherished son Nicholas Davis, adored sister Justine Davis, step-brother Michael as well as two step-sisters Luann and Samantha DeDivitis, and will be missed by many cousins, his Godmother Anna Thomas her family, and friends. Jason is predeceased by his father.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, 177 Route 59, Suffern, NY. Funeral Service will be celebrated by Pastor Floyd Nicholson of Gracepoint Gospel Fellowship on Saturday, July 26, 10AM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home. Committal will be private.

Jason’s family request donations be made to the Nicholas Davis College Education Fund.
