Jerry retired from the Suffern Central School District, where he worked for many years as a Mail Courier. Known for his easy-going nature and good heart, he was loved by all who knew him. He had a contagious smile, though he famously avoided showing it in photos. Jerry's greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, and he was known for his deep affection for his dogs. Bodie and Rip, his canine nephews were never far from his side.
A lifelong sports fan, Jerry was a dedicated "Die-Hard" fan of the New York Rangers, Ohio State University, and the New York Yankees. He loved traveling, particularly to the casinos, where he spent countless hours enjoying games and good company. Jerry's warmth, generosity, and fun-loving spirit will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jerry's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of his family
