

Lisa Jean Carroll passed away on October 29, 2016, at the Joe Raso Hospice in New City, New York, after a long struggle with liver disease. Comforting family and friends were by her side. Lisa was 60 years old.
Lisa was born in Nyack, New York, the youngest child of Eugene and Serena Carroll. She was a 1974 graduate of Suffern High School and a graduate of Rockland Community College. She was employed as a Pharmacy Technician in various hospitals and health agencies in the New York-New Jersey area.
Lisa was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Lisa lived life to the fullest and according to her own rules. She was a lifelong reader and avid music fan. Lisa had a wicked sense of humor and the unique ability to make her friends laugh, even during difficult situations. Lisa devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to her mother until she passed away at age 92.
Lisa was pre-deceased by her parents and her beloved dog, Fluffy. She is survived by her siblings: Eileen (James) McGiff, Robert (Robin) Carroll, and Kevin (Jerilynn) Carroll, as well as a niece, nephews, a great-niece, great-nephews, and several cousins. Her loss will be felt by her family and friends.
