Rosemarie Frances Bouquet

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rosemarie Frances Bouquet, age 83, on January 10, 2026. Born in New Rochelle, NY, to the late Angelo and Carmela Cecere, Rosemarie’s life was defined by her love for family, her kindness, and her passion for baking.

She was a proud graduate of St. Gabriel High School and moved to Suffern, NY, in 1971, where she lived for the remainder of her life. Rosemarie was well known for her "famous" Christmas cookies, a labor of love she shared with family and friends each holiday season. Her warm smile and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Rosemarie is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, August Victor Bouquet, her daughter Theresa Litts (Kevin), her son Paul, her brother Anthony Cecere, her brother and sister-in-law Thomas and Ruth, and her sister-in-law Judy Rambacher. She also leaves behind several beloved nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Carmela Cecere; her sister-in-law Angela Cecere; her brother-in-law Richard Rambacher; and her son's longtime partner, Barbara Struller.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home in Suffern, NY.

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.

Rosemarie’s family is deeply grateful for the love and support they have received during this difficult time.
