I Remember Summer nights spent on the boat. taking the time to enjoy the day as it passed by. presence is a part of ones character and  helps distinguish strength and valor; Uncle Tommy's was invaluable and irreplaceable. RIP  

You can see the love Tommy had for others, and they for him, reading this wall of memories. I did not know him well, but please accept my condolences from a friend in the Buffalo league. My heart goes out to his family.

Tommy, you will be truly missed. We met in 7th grade and you were my best man at my wedding. So many memories over the years. A true friend, wonderful husband and father. May you rest in peace and may God bless your family.

Dear Allison and family.  Our hearts go out to you and your beautiful family. Denise and I are very fond of Tom and will miss him dearly. Tom was a "humble leader".  Quite sure you know this. The best kind of leader.  After the baseball games ended; who drove down to the field with that great truck and tools to repair the field?  Tom did every chance he had.  After most had left the field and gone home. That was one small example of the kind of person he was.  A necessary person who did the right thing without calling attention towards himself. Also; one of the funniest and sincere persons we ever met. A true original. The baseball and football games will never be as fun as the were when Tom was in the stands or near the sideline.  Tom is a true example of what a caring and genuine person is. A humble yet funny leader among us.

They say you never really see the height of a tree until it is cut down. Tommy was a giant of a man. Generous with his time and his spirit. If you were family or friend, you knew he would always be there for you. In Emerson's famous poem "Success" he says "to know one life has breathed easier because you have lived. this is to have succeeded."  we have all breathed easier because you have lived Tom.
Please pray for us Tommy. We know you are with the risen Lord and all the angels and saints. we will work to rise to the standard you have set for a life well lived.

Allison and family, I am so saddened to hear of your lose. We first met you guys when we were neighbors on North Highland. Right from the start we realized what a great guy Tom was. He was always around to lend a hand no matter what it was. I was lucky enough to spend 4th grade field trip with him and spend some time with him at graduation. He will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

We began our special friendship with Tom and family in the early 80's when we moved to Hamilton Lane. Tom and Madeline were terrific role models for Chris, Scott and Kristen. TK, you touched our lives in the best of ways and you will forever be in our hearts.   We will miss you.

Tom was a friend in H.S. Although as time went on I didn't see him as much.  Whenever we crossed paths,whether it be weeks months or years it was like we were together just the day before. We had a special bond in muscle cars. We would always talk about the next car we wanted to buy. He will truly be missed.  And yes...he would be the first to give you the shirt off his back.
