The son of Lutfi and Leila Rukab, he was born on March 17, 1951, in Jacksonville, Florida, and later moved to Ramallah, Palestine, and then to Sugar Land, Texas, where he lived most of his life.
Albert was a caring and loving husband, a devoted father, a dear brother, a beloved uncle, a proud grandfather, and a loyal friend to many. He is fondly remembered for his kind heart, generosity, free spirit, sense of humor, dedication to family, and for the many lives he touched.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 49 years, Suzanne; his three children, Lutfi, Jamie, and Charlie; his four grandchildren, Leah, Kalil, Sam, and Noora; his siblings, Ricky Rukab, Linda Totah, Lorraine Dudum and their families; and his many nephews, nieces, and cousins
Albert was an avid traveler with a deep love for exploring the world, yet no place ever held his heart like his hometown of Ramallah. He cherished time spent with family and lifelong friends and was known for his love and appreciation of good music, good food, and sharing words of wisdom.
His legacy lives on through the family he loved and the lives he touched. Albert will be deeply missed beyond words and forever remembered by those who loved him.
