Ms Denise and Mr Courtney and our family have been next door neighbors for over two decades and we are saddened  to hear of the passing of Ms Denise. We remember her walking daily round the corner with Issa the Big friendly dog and our children will all rush out to say Hello and  to play with the dog as we have our chat about  family, children and food also.  We see her beautiful Smile, Strength and Resilience in so many ways despite the challenges and physical limitations with Parkinson’s. She will surely be missed and we pray the Lord will comfort and give Mr Leigh and the entire family the grace to bear the loss in Jesus name, Amen

I had the pleasure of getting to know your wife and mom. She was so strong and independent, reminds me so much of my mother. I kept telling staff "It's the island in her" lol I had a habit of walking pass her room and peeking through the door to make sure she's not around the room cleaning. I find myself walking down the halls and turning my head to her room but she's no longer there. She left a special place in our hearts. May you look back on the memories and find peace in all the good times.

I had the privilege to work with Denise many years ago at BNP Paribas.  When I think of her a smile comes to my face as she was always smiling and so very positive.  When my wife and I had our first child my wife would bring him up to the office and Denise would hold him and say the sweetest words.   From a work perspective, Denise was always at the top of her game, which made it even more pleasant to her colleague.   Our clients benefitted from her attention to detail and her warm and contagious happiness.  

Those memories remain in the hearts of our BNP Paribas family.   Thank you for many great years.  You were a blessing to many.

Courtney, Kecia and Kevin - Denise was such a dear friend to our family. She will be missed, but we cherish the fond memories of her being such a great friend to my Mom. I find comfort in knowing that she and Mom are together in heaven. We grieve with you and our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time

A dear friend has gone on to make the way for us. I will always cherish our times spent on Knightsdale Drive, in Kingston Jamaica and will constantly remember her for the many meals she taught me how to cook.  An indelible friendship I’ll cherish for years.

I was hit hard with the news that Miss Denise had passed!  I have such fond memories of her coming in to my clinic to get adjusted.  She will always be remembered for her smile, thoughtfulness, and grace!!!!   I can honestly say that I am a better person for having her cross my path!    Rest easy, Denise…….you earned it!
