For the short time i have known this gentleman he was such a kindhearted ,peacefull & soft spoken person humble soul may u continue to SIP my friend .

Going through my phone recenly i stumbled through the photo and obituary on Roger once more.At the time I heard countless other people spoke on behalf of him.Many. praised him for brilliancy and comradry there were so much people with so much to be said but so little time but all coments seem to be. Uttering the same heart heart warming remarks so i refrain from speaking.Well today is the day that the lord made possible so that i too can voice my love and admiration for such a personatity extreme.my condolences is the combination of all wo spoke on his. behalf. RIP my dear friend and co-worker.

Dominique was a very good person who left this world with his integrity intact. We shared good times in various jobsites in South America and the Caribbean. I will miss him. I've posted a picture of him attending a party in Chile for one of my kids back in 2008. I'm sorry I couldn't find one with a better angle of Dominique.

We both had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dominique on the PPGPL Plant projects. He was a colleague and more so a friend. The Dominique we knew was a deep thinker,  a brilliant and compassionate person.  One attribute we admired greatly was his humility.
He served as a dedicated Project Manager for his company while also reaching out and providing help and opportunities to all within his reach. 
While visiting Sugar Land TX a couple of years ago, he took the time to lime with me and show me around.  We shared life stories and as usual these centered around the love he had for his family. 
We know that you (his family) are experiencing a great sense of loss and pain at this time because Dominique was truly one of GOD's gems here on earth.
May your faith stay strong and may GOD continue to bless and keep you.

Mr. DJ (as I used to call him) was my boss, my mentor, my brother, my friend.  He was an inspiration ro so many people. To me... he definitely was that. An inapiration. I thank God for knowing him. When the chips were down... he was there.... when I thought I had nothing and no one.... he was there.... his pep talks and comforting words resounds in my head...  over and over and over again. I first jnew what colander was because of Mr. DJ.... LOL... Our last meeting was... , his words, "Kenisha Rougier, you need to make some life changing decisions this year. Ok". My response, "Yes Mr. DJ... LOL... But I don't want to see you in that big coverall...  again.... even though d belly looking like it gone down... lol... yuh looking like yuh borrow it". He laughed as usual with His comment.... "Kenisha Rougier, you want to continue getting a salary? Leave my weight out.. lol...." That was my final encounter with Mr. DJ. He was the most humble, respectable, kind, well spoken and dedicated person I have ever met. GOD needed you more than we did Mr. DJ. It really hurts.... But I understand. Condolences to your mom and siblings and family. And most of all... to Reds... (Alicia Jeffery) I am truly sorry for your loss. 

During the short time I have known Dominique, I am happy to call him  friend. My condolences to the family.

It has been a while since I have spoken with Dominique, but not since I have thought about him. My life is richer because it crossed paths with Dominique.   

About 20 years ago his non-English speaking girlfriend and my non-Spanish speaking girlfriend went to the beach together while we went to work.  Not sure why he and I were so nervous all day.

The thought of this being our last job  working together never came to mind. It was a pleasure and honor working beside you.  You were a person of integrity and you will be forever missed but always be in our memories and hearts.  I welcomed you into  my home so many years ago and my family adored you and in our hearts you will forever be. You  were kind hearted, generous and always charitable. We've lost a good one here but I know you will be looking over us from the other side. The hearts of my family goes out to your wife, your mom, your daughter and the rest of your family. words cannot begin to express! Known him all my life, and he was one of the best persons I've ever known. 

I am still in shock upon hearing of Dominique's passing.  One of my earliest memories of Dominique was when he and his family visited our home when I was a teenager.  We had recently found out that Dominique's father was my father's youngest uncle (they were both born the same year).  While in Trinidad, our paths crossed just a few times after that.  My most vivid memory was meeting Dominique in Venezuela in December 2002.  We both were living abroad at that point and were stuck there due to flight delays, while heading home to Trinidad for Christmas.  Like old friends, we chatted and reconnected while waiting for our flight.  

Please accept our sincerest condolences and we continue to pray for the Jeffery family during this time.

Dominique was the son of my adopted sister in Christ. The first time I spoke to; as we called him "uncle D" was when his eldest niece was coming to the USA to attend college and I was the one the family had chosen to receive her and show her around.  I knew he was a family man and had taken on the role of being responsible for not only his mother but everyone in his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominique at CB&I between 2005 to 2015. He always had a very cooperative disposition and always wanted to do the right thing to take care of his workers and the best interests of CB&I. He was an excellent team player, gaining the respect & recognition of his Crews and co-workers. We enjoyed many late nights in the Woodlands office trying to keep up with our workloads and keep ahead of our jobsites. He was a great asset in our Central, South America & Caribbean group because of his bilingual capabilities. I also appreciated his hospitality when I visited his jobsites, as he typically found a room for me at his jobsite apartments. We enjoyed working lunches & dinners together on many jobsite visits.  Dominique was always willing to assist in Safety Training for his Crews.  We have lost a great co-worker and friend. Condolences to Dominque's daughter and family. We have truly been blessed to call him friend. Mac

I had the pleasure of meeting Dominique through our work at CB&I. He joined us at the Houston warehouse for a couple of months while in-between jobs.  I immediately adored his great disposition -- always happy, always smiling and never  upset with anyone or about anything.  I prayed so hard that his illness would be healed and still don't want to believe that he had to leave us so soon.  To his family - may you find the peace that only God can give during this difficult time.  Rest in peace, Dominique!

I believe that words can never adequately personify the inherent feelings of sadness which inundate us. We all had hope that amid his  prognosis,  a 180 degree “phase shift” would have ensued. 

The unfortunate turn of events remind us of how short life is. Even forever doesn’t last forever. 

He has been an exemplary individual. His spirit of humility was resounding despite his achievements and position of influence.  

Pleasant memories of our past discourse and exchange of philosophies will remain indelible in our hearts.

Niki as u were fondly called by many u were more than just a cousin u were the brother i never had. Always checking in on me always here with great advise and help in any way .. its not easy this news but maybe God has his reasons why he had to take u back..i will never forget u and the person u was .. to many times we forget to cherish the loved ones closest and dearest to us but thank u for the group chat u opened for all our family to join and become closer... you will be miss but ur memories will live on in our hearts.. sad to have to really say Goodbye ..

My uncle Dominique was more than just a uncle to me, he was a father. The person I am today and everything I have today was because of him. I’m still devastated that you had to go the way you did, but who are we to question GOD.  Thank you for being apart of my life for 19 years. The memories I have of us will forever be cherished. I can’t thank you enough for loving me and accepting me as your own. I promise to grow up to be the intelligent and respectable woman you want me to be. Anthony and I have very fond memories of our times in Panama and Santo Domingo. Those times- we ate, laughed and shared over our own cultural meals. 
My favorite time with you is cooking those rotis and curried chicken and hearing you and Anthony go at each other.

You are so loved. Anthony and I will miss you. May you live with the angels- for it is where you belong.

It is so hard to put into words feelings regarding the loss of Dominique. His passing has been very difficult for all of us to grasp, way too soon. I had the pleasure to have known him for some years and I’m a believer about first impressions of people. And I was not wrong about Dominique. A very kind and gentle man that was willing to help whom ever he could. He was also a very hard worker, took care of his family and a rock to his daughter Jeniffer. She has developed into the amazing person she is today.  Dominique and I had worked for the same company for a number of years, CB&I. Also, my daughter and his daughter Jeniffer, have been best friends for some 8 years. That friendship resulted in Jeniffer meeting and marrying our son just over four years ago. Dominique, you will not be forgotten, you have left a wonderful legacy and there are many of us that hold great memories of you. Rest in peace my friend.

 They say Life is a song worth singing.
I have never been much of a talker and always prefer putting pen to paper,but this is one time I am lost for words as no matter how much kind words I may write, there will always be one that is omitted.
Dominique’s father was the last brother of my mother, one she never knew due to her early migration in the 60’s but was blessed to have found on one of her trips back home. 
Our families finally met and I must say that the genuine love received from them is one that if it was to be defined by a song is the one “ What the world needs now is love sweet love”
I am known and know thousands of individuals due to my many endeavours. I have also  introduced Dominique to a  lot of my friends and he too have done the same to me, but I can honestly say in my lifetime, of all the people I have met that I can call a friend, there are two with the purest of hearts and he is one of them
In my most recent losses of loved ones including my nephew and mother, I figured my grief had peaked, but this lost has taken me and our families to a new level of sadness but god is good and we too shall overcome this
Will keep on loving you cuz.
