

EDGAR EARL BULLARD, age 77, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010. He was born March 2, 1933, in El Campo, Texas, to Clifton and Helen Amman Bullard. Ed was a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served in the Korean War. After his military service, he finished his education and started a professional career in the oil and gas industry. In 1975, he started his own business, Texas Analytical Controls, Inc., which he successfully led and managed until his death and which brought him many professional and personal satisfactions. Ed loved to play golf, but his priority was always to spend time with his family. His granddaughters were very dear to his heart, as was his beloved little dog, Sasha. Ed is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Josiane; daughters, Christine Kelley and her husband Michael of Pipe Creek, TX, and Jill Coleman and her husband Brad of Sugar Land, TX; granddaughters, Erin Elizabeth Coleman and Erica Court Coleman; brother, Bobby Bullard of El Campo, TX; and sister, Doris Michaelson of Bay City, TX. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 3, 2010, in the Morrow Chapel of The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit). In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed’s memory maybe made to the American Cancer Society @ www.cancer.org.
