Judith A Sims

Judith was born September 16, 1944 in Milford, Connecticut to Mr. John Hubert Kirvin and Mrs. Irene Marie Kirvin.

She worked for 30 fulfilling years in her career in corporate travel with the Celeanese Corporation.

Judith was also a beloved member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Missouri City.

Judith is survived by her sisters Carol Carney (Jim), Kerry Caggiano (Joe), Patty Kirvin, and Cindy Potter (Pat); her brothers Jack Kirvin (Wayne), Paul Kirvin (Susan), Bill Kirvin (Mike), and Peter Kirvin (Terry); and her step daughters Janet (Sims) Taylor and Julie Sims. Judith also leaves behind her four grandsons, one granddaughter, eighteen nieces and nephews, and seventeen great-nieces and nephews.

Judith was preceded in death by her loving husband Lloyd Edison Sims; her mother and father Irene Marie (Dacier) Kirvin and John Hubert Kirvin; and her brothers Joseph Kirvin (Diana) and Robert Kirvin (Tina).

A Funeral Service will occur at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 8333 Scanlan Trace, Missouri City, TX 77459 on September 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM. If you are unable to attend, please view the live streamed services by clicking "Join Livestream" on her funeral service below.

The family will gather for a service at Judith's final resting place in Marianna, Florida at a later date.
