

Mark Christopher McKeown of Missouri City went to be with the Lord on July 7th, 2016. He was born on October 27, 1992 in Houston, Texas to Vali Medina and Mark McKeown. He graduated from Elkins High School and worked for Technocycle and was a proud crew member of the nonPareil Institute – Houston. He was a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy McKeown. He is survived by his mother, Vali Medina; father, Mark McKeown; sister, Taylor McKeown; stepfather, Mario Medina, grandfather, Harold Hall; and grandmothers Sharron Hall and Deanie McKeown.
Christopher developed an early fascination and interest in trains and railroading and had a life long dream to one day become an Engineer. He loved model trains, train books, train museums and of course riding a train when ever he had the chance. He loved his books, especially the ones that dealt with science or sea creatures. He enjoyed listening classical music and some of his favorites where Vivaldi, Pachelbel, Beetoven and especially Bach.
He was very gregarious and never meet a stranger and would often strike up conversations with people he didn't know. He loved people and had a tender heart towards them.
The visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at The Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 in the The Morrow Chapel at The Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek with a graveside to follow at 5:30 pm in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Hwy 71 N. El Campo, TX
