Mr. Richard Fletcher Willett was born in San Antonio TX he passed away at the Micheal E. Debakey V A Medical Center on Wednesday January 15, 2020. Richard was a lifelong resident of Houston TX. Richard was the beloved husband of the late Carrie Willett and Dorothy ( Nell ) Willett. Loving Father to Michael Allen Willett Brother of Mildred Dishroon. Grandfather of Deanna and Michael Willett. Great Grandfather to Cash Willett, Michael Willett and Jaya Harris. Richard served his country in the United States Army in Germany under General Patton, also he was an avid Fisherman. he was a graduate of the University of Texas and fraternity brother also an avid fan of the Houston Oilers and the Houston Texans. Richard was a Real Estate Broker and a Master Appraiser. He also was a boxing fan and a dog lover all his life Also he was a Republican. Visitation will be held at The Settegast - Kopf Co @ Sugar Creek 15015 Southwest Freeway Sugar Land TX On Friday January 31 , 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Services will be on Saturday February 01, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Morrow Chapel of The Settegast-Kopf Co @ Sugar Creek Internment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery 12800 Westheimer Road Houston TX 77077. Committal Services will begin at 1:00 PM.
