

Ryan Moore Craig passed away unexpectedly on February 29, 2020 at his home in Missouri City, Texas at the age of forty-five with his wife, Lori, and his brother David, by his side. Ryan was born on October 14, 1974 in Syracuse, New York to Louise Allison Bethell and Thomas Owen Craig.
He is preceded in death by mother Louise.
Ryan is survived by his wife Lori Ruckman Craig, his son Connor Reed Craig, his daughter Mackenzie Allison Craig, his father Thomas Owen Craig, his brother David B. Craig and his partner Dr. Erin C. Callahan, and countless friends and family members across the country.
He graduated from Chapman University in 1996 with a degree in History. In 2000, Ryan received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida School of Law and School of Business at Gainesville, Florida. He married Lori Ruckman Craig in 2012 aboard the Ruby Princess surrounded by family and friends. Throughout his professional career, Ryan worked for Baker Botts, L.L.P., Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Office of the State Attorney, Law Offices of Phillip K. Fife, and Trachtman & Trachtman, L.L.P., where he appreciated the mentorship of Ben Trachtman, who became a dear friend.
Besides spending time with family and friends, Ryan had a passion for traveling and sports. He was an avid fan of the Florida Gators and the Buffalo Bills. He also enjoyed golfing with his father, brother, uncle, and friends and attending live sporting events.
A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15105 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
