SOPHIA "ALMA" LEE, age 90, passed into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 30, 2010. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to George and Sophia Berger Sturgeon, on November 28, 1919. Alma was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, John "Jack" Lee. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Lee Emshoff and her husband Steve; and grandchildren, Clint Emshoff and Keith Emshoff. Her gentle, kind, and sweet demeanor will be truly missed by those who loved her, and by those whose lives she touched.
A Memorial Celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 5, 2010, at The Episcopal Church of The Epiphany, 9600 S. Gessner Rd., Houston, TX, with The Rev. James T. Tucker, officiating.
