Brad Ray Thibodeaux

He was a native of Hackberry and had been a resident of Carlyss for 20 years. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and was also an ACTS member. Brad enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was a huge supporter of his kid's sports activities. He was their #1 fan!

Survivors include his wife, Kara Kinney Thibodeaux; his children, Brennen Nassar, Gabe Thibodeaux, Kahlee Thibodeaux, Kamryn Thibodeaux, and Kyle Thibodeaux; his father, Raymond Thibodeaux; brother, Shane Thibodeaux, all of Carlyss ; sisters, Shana Thibodeaux, Mackenzie Berwick and husband Corey of Hackberry; mother and father-in-law, Marianne Marlatt Anderson and Ernie Anderson, also Rick Kinney all of Carlyss. He is preceded in death by his mother, Connie Thibodeaux.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 17, at St. Theresa Catholic Church. The Rev. Ernie Corriveau will officiate. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is from 3-9 p.m. Wednesday with a rosary service at 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
