Cody Joshua Evans

He was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. Cody enjoyed gaming, fishing, drawing, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Jaime Evans of Sulphur; his mother, Marla Evans and her wife, Sherry of Sulphur; his grandmother, Sandra Laton and companion, Billy Rawls of Columbia, Mississippi; his father and mother-in-law, Leonard and Natalie Gause; his brothers, Sean Evans and wife, Rechelle, and Johnathan Evans, all of Sulphur; his nephew, Danton Evans and wife, Gracie; his niece, Daisia Evans; and his Godchild, Destri Evans. He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Joseph Evans; his maternal grandfather, Don Madden; his paternal grandfather, Everett Evans, and his paternal grandmother, Winnie Evans.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 14, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Vince Guidry will officiate.
