Elaine Mason Golden

Elaine was a native of Blue Ridge, Georgia and has resided in Sulphur for over 30 years. She retired from Bell South and Walmart. Elaine was a member of Central Baptist Church in Sulphur for over 20 years. Her favorite hobbies included crossword puzzles, crocheting, macramé and reading. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her daughters, Amelia Fontenot and husband Dennis of Sulphur, and Susan Rich of San Diego, California; grandchildren, Alyson Erikson and husband Vanner of Natchitoches, Alexander Breaux, Hanna Fontenot, Haylee Fontenot all of Sulphur, and Bobby Rich of New York; great-granddaughter, Landry Kate Erikson; and her beloved cats, Mac and Katie. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, James "Bobby" Mason and husband of 7 years, JM "Goldie" Golden.

Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 2 in Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Georgia and burial will follow in Salem Baptist Cemetery in Mineral Bluff, Georgia.
