

Frances was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. She was a very charming lady who enjoyed drawing, painting, traveling, spending time with her family, and especially loved dancing. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend.
Survivors include her children, Pam Henagan and husband Dude of Morristown, Tenn., B.J. Franklin and wife Leslie of Conroe, Texas, and Deborah Abla and husband Dave of Dade City, Fla.; her sisters, Artie Carlin Wyninger and Patsy Carlin; brother-in-law, Bob Haynes of Sulphur; sister-in-law, Lorma LeBrun of Sulphur; her grandchildren, James Henagan of Dade City, Fla., Rhonda Fittz of Westlake, Shawn Roetschke of Dade City, Fla., Pamela Jolene Roetschke of Tampa, Fla., Ray Abla and Matt Abla of Cincinnati, Ohio, Bryan Franklin and Brent Franklin of Conroe, Texas, and Britani Lafferty of Battle Creek, Mich.; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Earl LeBrun, Chuck LeBrun, Roland LeBrun, Lewis LeBrun, Roy LeBrun and Morris LeBrun; her sisters, Nellie Stout, Ada LeJuene, Lottie Ladner, Evelyn Haynes and Dorothy Wilkerson; and a granddaughter, Lisa Roetschke.
A Celebration of Frances’ Life will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home, led by Jody Barrilleaux, Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until time of service, Thursday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
