She is survived by her children, C.J. Abshire and wife Pat of Humble, Texas, Clifford J. Babineaux of New Caney, Texas, John Babineaux of Suphur, Rita Vice and husband Curtis of Sulphur and Gloria Morgan of Sulphur.; her loving companion and caregiver, Roy Vaussine of Sulphur; nephew, Tommy Hebert and wife Sue of Katy, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilson James Babineaux, three brothers and three sisters.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10 in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. The Rev. Gijo George, HGN will officiate. Interment will follow in Royer Cemetery. Visitation will be held in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home from 3 – 9 p.m. Friday with a rosary at 6 p.m. and resume at 8 until 9:30 a m. Saturday.
