James Randall Brignac

James Randall “Randy” Brignac, born May 12th, 1965 in the small town of Eunice, Louisiana. Married to Susan Brignac for a wonderful 30 years. James passed away August 6th, 2016 at his home. He worked for Versa at Citgo as an inspector. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Carlyss.

James loved being outdoors cooking for his family. He also enjoyed fishing and crabbing with his sons and grandson. He always kept an immaculate yard and garden. More than anything he loved being Pappy to his grandbabies. Anyone who knew him knows you could find him with a smile on his face and willing to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Brignac; sons, Eric Brignac and wife, Candyce, Shane Brignac and wife, Amber; brother, Norman Brignac and wife, Sondra; sisters, Melissa Brister and husband, Terry, Donna Kincer and husband, Keith and Linda Broussard and husband, Bruce; 3 grandchildren, Baylor, Kylor and Audra Brignac; also many other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Willis Brignac Jr. and Delores Brignac.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Southside Church in Carlyss. Steve Shirley will officiate. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.at the church under the direction of Hixson Sulphur Memorial. Burial will follow in Mimosa Pines North in Sulphur.
