Janice Faye Reeves

Janice was a lifetime resident of Vinton and a member of Pentecostal of Heaven church. Some of her favorite passed times was reading, having an occasional adult beverage and spending time with her "partner in crime", Betty. She loved her children, grandchildren and her dogs, Debit, Speedy, and Mia. She loved her church and friends. She was a hard worker and loved her job and the people she worked with.

She is survived by her children, Perry Lopez Jr. and wife, Brandy, James Lopez and wife, Diane and Tammy Vincent and husband, Michael; step-son, Aaron Lopez and wife, Dina; grandchildren, Justin and Porsha Lopez, Scott and Michael Carrier, Kayla Carroll, Linda, Tara, and James Lopez II, Kendall Shipp and Cory and Mea Lopez; 12 great grandchildren and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Ellen McDonald; husband, David Reeves; and daughter, Janice Lynn Fontenot.

Her Home-Going Celebration service will be 2pm, Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Pastor Don Snider will officiate. Visitation will begin Saturday 3-9pm and resume Sunday from 8am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hyatt Cemetery in Fields.
