Margo Marie Darbonne

Margo Marie Darbonne, 68, of Sulphur, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was born to her late parents, Dalton and Eula Faye Landry on February 7, 1957 in Vinton, Louisiana. She served in the United States Army from 1981-1982. Margo loved to shop and was always up for a great time. Margo loved everyone and accepted everyone as her own.

She is survived by her husband of almost 25 years, Dalton Darbonne; son, Alex Lesueur, Jr. (Sarah) of Sulphur, Louisiana; brothers, Bruce Landry (Lynette) of Ventura, California, Dalton Landry (Sandra) of Sulphur, Louisiana, and Reece Landry of Sulphur, Louisiana; sisters, Lajuan Weidner (Alvin) of Sulphur, Louisiana, Sandra Hamilton (James) of Orange, Texas, and Andrea Ansley (Charles) of Ft. Worth, Texas; eight grandchildren, Nick L., Jordan B., Logan B., Bre L., Austin H., Cassie G., David G., and Christian S.; along with two great grandchildren.

Margo is preceded in death by her parents; along with her sister, Darlene Guillotte Warren.

A Celebration of Margo's life will be held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home in Sulphur, Louisiana on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 2:00 pm, with Reece Landry officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday, beginning at 1:00 pm until the time of the service.
