Pam was a native of Bakersfield, CA and later traveled with her husband on various job locations throughout the United States before settling in Cypress, TX.
Pam had a heart of gold who loved her husband, her family, and her dogs more than life itself. We are pretty sure her dogs were above all. She had a laugh you’d never heard before and once you’d heard it, it was a laugh you would never forget. Her laugh was contagious and would put a smile on your face regardless of how bad your day was. Pam said her job in life was to take care of her husband Carlyn and their dogs (Carly, Baby, and Elvis). A “job” she took seriously and nothing in her day would stop her from doing her “job.”
Pam was an avid reader, consumer of news, politics, talk radio, and watcher of the stock market. She loved old movies and tv shows as well as new tv shows, movies, and reality game shows.
Pam had a love of animals like you’ve never seen. She never wanted to see or know of any animal suffering. It hurt her heart too much. Many people in her life have said when they died they wanted to come back as one of Pam’s dogs.
Pam had an empathy for people who were struggling. It didn’t matter what the struggle was or how big or small it was. She would do anything in her power to help someone. This empathy came from her struggles as a young girl. She would say, "You never know... maybe I’m the difference they need today". We are sure she made a small difference in quite a lot of lives.
We are thankful to God for giving us Pam in our lives. She left a permanent mark on our hearts. We will miss her laugh and smile daily... she will never be forgotten.
