Patrick B. Bergeron, Sr.

He was a lifelong electrician, in 1976 he began his business, Bergeron Electric. In 2018 he retired from the City of Sulphur as an Electrical Inspector. Pat loved cooking and being in his outdoor kitchen making sausage and cooking Cajun meals. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being with his family.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 51 years, Lois G. Bergeron; mother: Leota Bergeron of Church Point; children, Barry Bergeron, and Pam B. Heard and her husband, Terry all of Sulphur; three grandchildren, Brett Bergeron, Dusty Jinks and Kristen Jinks; two great-grandchildren, Wasey Vincent and Brantley Bergeron: his siblings, Bobbie Richard (Ricky) of Church Point and Harold Bergeron (Norma) of Many; and his sister-in-law, Edith Bergeron of Sulphur.

He was preceded in death by his father, John D. Bergeron; and brother, Robert Bergeron.

A Celebration of Patrick's life will be 2pm, Sunday, August 5, 2018 in Hixson- Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Jody Barrilleaux will officiate. Visitation will be held 3 -9 pm, Saturday with a recitation of the Rosary at 7pm and resume Sunday at 9am until time of service. Words of comfort may shared with the family at www.hixsonsulphur.com.
