Angela A. Fochtman

Angela Fochtman Born in Malta, Montana Jan. 17th, 1922, a longtime resident of Sumner, peacefully passed away Sept. 20th, 2012 at Linden Grove Rest Home with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband George Tomal, husband Roy Fochtman, mother Mary Wilson, her brothers and sister, and daughter Carolyn (Poots) Hanson. Angela leaves behind 5 children, Mary Lou (Bill) Ausbun, Dewayne Tomal, Tish (Bob) Newman, Mike Tomal, and Everett Tomal, and 3 stepchildren, Ray Fochtman, Doug (Sharon) Fochtman, and James Fochtman. She also leaves behind 21 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Flowers can be sent to Powers Funeral Home in Sumner. A viewing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, 7pm, at Powers for family and friends. Funeral and Mass will be held at St. Andrews Catholic Church on Friday, Sept. 28th at 11am, followed by burial at Sumner Cemetery, where she will rest next to her husband Roy Fochtman.
